In support of R U OK? Day, our multi-sport panel of presenters will provide practical ideas to help you develop an R U OK? culture of respect, trust, authenticity, and support within your own coaching situation. Topics will include: Life Skills – Sport As a Vehicle to Drive Personal Growth
How to Coach Holistically Using the 5 C’s of Coaching
RUOK? After Non-Selection and Underperforming at Tournaments/Events
Coaching Resilience – Bouncing Back From Feeling Worthless as a Coach
Fit Your Own Oxygen Mask First – Looking After Yourself So You Can Help Others
You will also be directed to R U OK? resources that will help you spot the signs that someone might be struggling and provide tips to guide you through what to say.
