This free live online workshop is suitable for Little Athletics volunteers, committee members and coaches. 20% of Australian children have disability or additional learning needs (this includes neurodiversity such as Autism, ADHD and dyslexia). This means we need to adjust how we interact and communicate so everyone has a fun and fair experience.

The workshop will include:

- Features of inclusion
- How to teach new skills
- How to give feedback
- How to manage a group of athletes in a positive way
- How to use non verbal communication to help our verbal communication
