The Introduction to Teaching Little Athletics Skills (ITLAS) Course helps participants become better-placed to assist children perform basic athletics skills.

It is a practical course designed for Little Athletics personnel. It covers how to introduce the skills for each Little Athletics event. Participants will learn event-specific drills, games, and activities to use with the target age group.

Date: Saturday, 14th October 2023
Venue: Maitland Regional Athletics Centre, 226 High St, Maitland NSW 2320
Age: Minimum is 16yrs+ on the day of the course
Time: 9.00am – 3.00pm (arrival at 8.45am)
Cost: $70.00
Closing Date: 12pm Thursday 12th October 2023, or earlier if maximum numbers are reached.
